If you email contacto@somosbala.com, we process your email address and the information you include to answer your enquiry. The legal basis is your consent when contacting us or, where you request a contract, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
This website has no registration forms or user accounts. The server may process technical connection data, such as IP addresses, dates, requested resources and errors, to deliver content and protect the service. The basis is our legitimate interest in keeping the website available and secure.
Spotify and YouTube load when you select a record or video. Google Analytics 4, when enabled, requires your consent and can be rejected through “Cookie settings”. We do not use analytics to make automated decisions about you or enable its advertising features.
Who receives data
Hosting and support providers may access the data they need to provide services on behalf of the website owner. Data may also be disclosed where required by law.
When you load Spotify or YouTube, your browser connects to those services and shares information such as your IP address, device characteristics and player usage. Their own policies explain how they process it.
The management, booking and press email addresses in the footer belong to the named recipients. If you contact them, they receive and handle your message directly. The shop and ticket platforms provide their own privacy information.
International services
Google and Spotify may process data outside the European Economic Area. Their policies describe destinations and applicable safeguards, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses. Links are provided at the end of this page.
Retention
Messages are kept for as long as needed to respond or manage the relationship you requested. Afterwards, access may be restricted while records are retained for statutory periods to address legal liabilities.
Technical data is kept for as long as necessary to operate the service and investigate incidents. Our cookie policy explains browser storage durations. External services also apply their own retention policies.
Your rights
Where applicable, you can request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, or object to processing, by emailing contacto@somosbala.com or writing to the address above. Explain your request; we will only ask for additional identity verification where necessary.
You may withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
